BuddyPress 1.3 works properly with the init hook now.
Its not a WordPress issue.
Its an issue that in some cases, some plugins break the automatic upgraded process of localized WordPress. The ticket I linked to explain.
The plugins shoul wait for the init hook to do something, and apparently buddypress does not.
Correction: not cubepoints. I looked at clean log and it’s showing up again.

@boonebgorges if I have ‘my groups’ selected but the member hasn’t joined any groups yet, then nothing will be selected when the member lands on the page.
If I removed the `( bp_loggedin_user_id() )` in “ it displays the tab though will it affect any functionality?

I think your last question is moot. Developers will very often create plugins and offer them free under GPL license. Just take a look at the WP plugin repo where you’ll find over 13,000 free plugins: https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/
But anytime you request something be created or custom-built, it’s best to offer some form of compensation; whether you want some coding done, or a deck built in your backyard 
This is almost certainly nothing to do with BuddyPress, and is a webserver configuration. Can you get to any pages on your from the internet? If not, start at step one and configure Apache to listen to all requests on external IPs rather than localhost.

2. Which BP theme was that and is that theme updated for current BP version?

I think I may have just found a way – I saved the following as a plugin myself and it works. So If you change the Case text for your own it may help – I run single site so i can’t try it out…

Thanks for the comment. As far as I see buddypress provides no way for searching/listing forum posts on search page. So, In my guess, It’s not going to be easy. Though, If you are familiar with bbpress you can override buddypress forum search and make it happen .

On here or on your BuddyPress site? The only way I’ve been able to fix this is to go into database and remove the member. Then have them resign up.
when you install BP it attaches to the first blog on MU. You can tell it to attach to other blogs. So you could create a community.url.com bog and put the social (BuddyPress) on that url. Some blogs do not want BP taking over but want to add on a social aspect to WordPress.
Single WP will work fine. MU is only to add user blogs.

@Boone Gorges The reason I’m doing it like this is because I’d like to only load the JS when Buddypress is using it, so if the user is on a blog post that has no BP component it won’t load unnecessary JS.
