OK amazing. I have one last question. Everything seems to be working fine except except I am not sure how to make registration enabled. After this everything should be up to go.

So in order to get the link to your groups try something like this

If you are using wp_nav_menu feature, you can easily add links to your BP Component pages in Appearances > Menu area.
also, from @sbrajesh, an alternative to the the Stealth Mode for Super Admins – Put this code in bp-custom.php and None of the site admin activity will be recorded nor will you appear in the Who is Online/ recently active members widget. –

when admin post on wordpress, post also appeared on BuddyPress activity, as admin’s activity.
how to prevent it? how to hide admin activity?

thank you, ya the question was for new blogs… only problem I run into now is with buddypress default if thats what I pick I cant get it to be the default… I tried with buddybase and a few other themes and they all worked perfectly with that line to wp-config just cant get the default to work.

There was also, and still is, a useful plugin for managing various default settings for new blogs, think this works up to 3.0 but not 3.1 but may be wrong:

@nahummadrid , after some study around the idea you mentioned above, I got an impression that we can also manage it under custom post type. When register the type, register a user role of “Question Creator” and give it the ability to create post. Then, in blog, set “Question Creator” as default role. So, any new member can create new post under the Question type.
If this idea works, a form plugin won’t be needed. Hope I am correct on this one 
@wilsontray With WP 3.1, you’ll find the Network Admin goodness when you click on the “Network Admin” link in topright area of your screen.
After uploading child theme of bp-default theme, you need to go to Network Admin > Themes > Themes > Choose the child theme and Network Activate
Just switched that off. Musta it it by mistake in the cloudflare dashboard. Thanks @mercime

8. I have several other plugins installed – LinkWithin, TDOMiniforms, and two custom plugins that have no interaction at all with Buddypress
9. Using a customized theme, although my problem occurs with the default theme as well
10. Core is unmodified
11. No custom fuctions in bp-custom.php
It speeds up my site… I’m using opcode xcache for database cache, so my guess is that people using “disk” aren’t experiencing the gains.
I added it but I still dont see an easy way to set it as a default theme for new blogs… did they just hide it with the new 3.1 multsite or somthing? Or did I install it incorrectly as now I dont have my superadmin menu just a way to toggle between network and site admin on the top menu bar
@wilsontray it would work if you create a child theme of bp-default and upload it to wp-content/themes. The script doesn’t recognize path to wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-themes/bp-default as I recall.

I still have some question about user stats/Achievement/ratings. When QA site is on sub-blog, can those stats sync with user stats in main site?
About the QA list under uesr’s homepage– since BP can track blogs sitewide, maybe can setup a filter and register a sub-nav item to show the filted result page?
Yes, let user register at posting stage–It saves the additional trouble of allowing guest posting and easier for the listing job.
