Has anyone tested Commons in a Box with the newest versions of WordPress and BuddyPress? Will it work? The forum doesn’t look too active. Is the plugin still being worked on? Is there any place to ask for some assistance?

This is working code that gets the data from a field that registered users have to fill out in their profiles in wordpress:

This is the code I’m trying now. This one spits out the default img but aint getting the users avatar:

I was able to have my hosting company look into it and they found the only way I could log in was for them to deactivate buddypress. I tried to adjust the settings I though were causing the problem however I guess I did not figure out what it was. Every time I reactivate buddypress I have to contact my host and have them deactivate buddypress in order for me to log in. I was wondering if anyone could help me with this or should I just uninstall and re-install the plug in. And is there something I did that I should avoid doing when I re-install it?
I am using all the most current versions of WordPress and Buddypress, as I just started the site about a week ago. I am using the Twenty Fifteen theme. http://www.gamersthatlift.com

Comment-image-attachments as thumbnails in comments and in the BP Activity stream. How to do ?
Comment image attachment plugins for WP does not give the chance to attach and/or show images in BP comments. Fortunately I found BP checkins plugin by imath that lets you exactly do this. However this scope is limited only in the BP checkin pages. Users are curious and interested – if this can be done there why not all over the site ?

When I apply the BuddyPress plugin to my site (bigmpac.com), it seems that the theme’s page layout ( I am using Divi by ET) is overriden. All BuddyPress pages become ‘no-sidebar’ at all. All widgets in the sidebar area are dropped to the bottom of the content area. How do I correct this?
Also, I tried inserting the following code into my themes epanel for css, but get a vertical line which appears next to the page content on the members, groups and sitewide activity pages. Seems buddypress makes this the whole sidebar, instead of a page with sidebar. Also, sidebar on members, groups and activity pages appears larger than normal pages ( ex. forum & sign up).
Here’s the code I inserted:

Hi,
I am really struggling with trying to hide my admins from my site. I searched this site and tried every code available with no success. Below is the last code I tried with no success.
