Participantthank you @boonebgorges, it was fast and loop is working again.
small question. I have custom loop in sidebar. when I go to default search in members directory, type in some username and press search button, everything works fine – members directory shows result, loop in sidebar without changes. BUT, if during search I press enter (insetead of search button), both loops shows search results.
is it known behaviour?Edit: tried to test it on “Who’s Online” here on buddypress.org. If I search for a member in adminbar, widget stops showing who is online (actually, without difference what you press).

Paul Wong-Gibbs
KeymasterIn 1.6, we hope we’re going to get some new UI in so that you can rename *every* part of every BuddyPress URL. In your example, ‘5’ maps to the ID in the bp_activity table, and that’s a key part of the activity permalink, so it’s not going to change unless you want to try to re-plumb the activity component in such a way. (I think such a thing stands a risk of breaking compatibility with plugins).

Participant@funkisockmunki if you change to bp-default theme and clear cache, does the problem persist or is it corrected?
December 7, 2011 at 11:01 pm #125793@mercime
ParticipantI’ve added some screenshots at the bottom of the tutorial https://codex.buddypress.org/theme-development/theme-dev-bp-template-pack-walkthrough-twenty-eleven-bp-1-5/3/ so you could see how to see how the basic set up turned out.
– Do not disable the bp.css in the compatibility process.
– Did you add the styles suggested on page 3 of the tutorial to your child theme’s style.css file?
– Site URL would help us to see what’s going on.December 7, 2011 at 10:08 pm #125790info_sponge
Member@boone discovered a problem with the plugin. Was unable to attach files to replies to an existing topic, despite seeing the form. Attachments only worked on the first post of new topics.
Dug around a bit, it seems that your JS-based enctype fix was not being loaded on single group forum topic views. When I updated the code to make sure the script was running on those pages, the plugin worked once again.
So, if anyone else is having this problem, check to see if the scripts.js file is loaded into the page and running properly. Hopefully this will save you several hours of searching through code and checking network transmissions.

Thanks for writing a great plugin, Boone Gorges. Hopefully this can be patched in future versions.
PS this is in regards to Forum Attachments Version 0.2.4 running on BuddyPress Version 1.5.1

ParticipantSorry I took so long to reply. What I did was I made a child theme and then added a header-buddypress.php and sidebar-buddypress.php file to the child theme. I followed this tutorial,
https://codex.buddypress.org/theme-development/theme-dev-bp-template-pack-walkthrough-twenty-eleven-bp-1-5/But I’m still having problems. Here is a link to the site with the child theme running – http://projectfivezero.com
Also, making the child theme, I lost a lot of the styling of fonts and what not.
Thanks again for the help. Also, If you want to see the original theme, not the child theme let me know and i’ll enable it.
Thanks.

Member1) install Buddypress
2) Select to use the BP default theme. Now you want to tweak and or create your css top of this ? do YOU
1) EDIT THE bp default STYLES
2) SET UP A BASIC CHILD THEME ?I think 2)
So how do you do that and what are the basic files needed ?.
The community needs to stop being so cryptic with answers – ITS only CSS
