ParticipantTime for @francescolaffi moderation plugin ? We could have a “nuke” option that will erase its user/member and all its posts/comments/replies.

Im getting a error for groups that dont have the db field
Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, string given in F:Programmesxampphtdocswordpresswp-contentpluginsbuddypress-group-credit-cardsbp-group-credit-cards.php on line 101Would saying ‘else return something’ be the right path, and what should I return to avoid the error?
Edit, thinking about it, how would I say if ‘gcard_group_card’ doesn’t exist, don’t return anuthing?

ParticipantI would first try checking with the plugin author: @dfa3272008
You could also try contacting him via his forum: http://getpaidfrom.us/groups/buddypress-ajax-chat-support/forum/

Keymaster@amahesh –
You shouldn’t be modifying any files in /plugins/buddypress.
If you’re modifying the bp-default theme, build a child theme. That way, when you upgrade BP, your changes will not be wiped out!
Once you build your child theme, follow the instructions I outlined above.
And yes, you make a duplicate of bp-activity-group-feed.php and put it in your theme’s folder because we don’t want to modify any core files!

Participant@arxpoetica – we haven’t implemented any code yet, as we may now be moving all profile field handling out of BuddyPress on this client project.
If we do end up cutting BP code this, I’ll remember to post a snippet.

ParticipantOops, my bad! Updated loader and readme. Thanks for that catch.
remove_action does sound like a better approach. If you could provide an example of how to code such a function, the class would appreciate the exercise

Participant@BeckB this and the other thread are a bit old to be resurrecting.
Thoughts and suggestions/comments about the site in general are now best made in the group dedicated to the improvement of buddypress.org

We’ll leave this thread as read only.

ParticipantHm…I’m not 100%, but you might think of username as just that–the username one uses to login. Something shorter than John Smith, like jsmith, is ideal. But then the name is the display name. It can be first & last (even with a middle name or initial) and provides useful, attractive information, but isn’t something everybody wants to type out all the time (whether for logging in or for [at]mentions….

Participant@Anointed – ok, I have managed to replicate your error. Seems to be something that happens with Internet Explorer. I only have IE8 here, but will test it with some other versions also.
EDIT: Yeah, it’s the hover tooltip script I use. I’ll find a better one.

Participant@pcwriter Patrick you have changed the plugin directory name but you haven’t updated the loader file include path to reflect this.
